Stress can leave teens anxious or it can prompt them to make a positive change. This documentar-style program combines vignettes with statements from experts to describe what stress is, what can happen when a person can't cope with it, and how a person uses his or her mind and body to control it.

The program teaches students how to use the mind to manage stress. It illustrated how meditation, positive thinking, biofeedback, problem solving, assertive-ness training and time management can be applied to their own lives.

It also explores the role the body plays in managing stress and shows how yoga, relaxation, breathing, exercise and nutrition can be applied to stress management. (51 min)
