Managing conflicts is a critical skill for any employee, leader or manager.
The Conflict Resolution Strategies video program is designed to assist the trainers teaching this skill.
The purpose of this training module:
To build the ability to identify the real problem, control emotions and deal with the conflict in a dignified manner, which can only be beneficial to all parties involved.
By answering two basic questions, five logical strategies for solving conflicts have been defined. Five action-packed vignettes are used to clearly
illustrate each of them.
The trainer will be able to:
• show the program
• summarize, discuss and emphasize the learning points
• test understanding by having the participants answer the
questionnaire
Participants will have the opportunity to learn:
• how to analyze the factors that matter most in solving a conflict
• how to choose the appropriate strategy based on a logical
win / lose formula
• the benefits and limitations of each strategy
