CONFLICT RESOLUTION STRATEGIES: FIVE WAYS TO MANAGE CONFLICT

Managing conflicts is a critical skill for any employee, leader or manager.

The Conflict Resolution Strategies video program is designed to assist the trainers teaching this skill.

The purpose of this training module: To build the ability to identify the real problem, control emotions and deal with the conflict in a dignified manner, which can only be beneficial to all parties involved.
