  Krist Blake contracted the HIV virus when she was sixteen by a hemophiliac boyfriend. At nineteen, she developed AIDS. Feeling that no one was speaking out about the disease-loudly or softly-Krista chose to do so. This program follows Krista over a three-year period as she speaks out about AIDS, and as her diseases progresses. Krista's positive attitude remains present at all times-even as she copes with hair loss and various illnessess. At the age of 22, Krista died, but her spirit remains with her family and friends.
